RML Rules

1. The organisation shall be named RML-International.

2. The object of RML-International is, through co-operation to facilitate greater participation in pigeon racing.

3. The headquarters of RML-International shall be at the address of the Secretary.

4. Membership shall be open to the whole of the British Isles excluding the Channel Isles.

5. The entire management of RML-International shall lie with the Management Committee, which in the formation year 2007-2008 shall consist of the eight foundation members, but subsequent to that will be elected annually.

6. All Standard Rules of the R.P.R.A. shall apply.

7. Racing will primarily be conducted in association with other organisations when the Rules of those organisations and the R.P.R.A. will apply. Membership subscriptions and fees will decided by the Management Committee.
